Description: Printed horizontal white lines

Possible Reasons:

1. Large fluctuations in the magnetic roller, developer roller, or OPC drum can cause this. Determine which consumable’s cycle it is based on the spacing of the white lines (refer to the defect cycle table).
2. The OPC pinhole effect can also cause horizontal white lines in printing, and poor conductivity of the magnetic roller can also lead to horizontal white lines.
3. Generally, horizontal white lines in printed documents are related to the drum, rather than the printer.
