Description: Printed draft is black (out of black paper)

Possible Reasons:

1. This is generally caused by the PCR not being conductive, which may be due to poor contact of the PCR conductive strip in the toner cartridge (all-in-one drums are tested on the machine, so the probability of this happening is very low).
2. If there is a large proportion of the same defect, consider that the PCR conductive strip in the toner cartridge may have poor contact with the conductive parts inside the printer, and this is not a product quality issue. It is necessary to check whether the conductive strips inside the printer are dirty or deformed.
