IAICON Launches Chip Upgrade Solution in Response to HP 96X Firmware Update Issue

On April 3, 2025, HP released a new firmware update (Version: 2510B) via Wi-Fi targeting printers using 96X series cartridges. Following the update, some compatible cartridges failed to be recognized, resulting in error messages such as “Non-HP Chip Detected,” and causing users to be unable to print.
